Lockport Chamber of Commerce Unveils Refreshed Brand Identity

New logo honors Lockport's civic legacy while positioning the Chamber for continued community leadership

LOCKPORT, IL — The Lockport Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the launch of its refreshed brand identity, featuring a new logo that reflects the organization's deep roots in the Lockport community and its commitment to serving local businesses for more than thirty years. The new logo and updated visual identity are being introduced this week across the Chamber's website and social media channels.

The updated logo draws on a rich visual heritage that connects the Chamber to the broader identity of Lockport. The signature maroon — shared with the City of Lockport and Lockport Township High School was used in the original design by our mayor, Steven Streit, as a unifying mark of civic pride. That intentional connection is carried forward in the Chamber's refreshed identity as a tribute to his vision and his enduring dedication to this community.

The refreshed identity retains the familiar and beloved elements that members and community partners have come to recognize, while introducing a cleaner, more versatile design system suited for today's digital and print environments. The new logo is accompanied by a refined color palette and updated typography guidelines that bring clarity and consistency to all Chamber communications.

The Lockport Chamber of Commerce serves as the voice of the local business community, connecting over 200 member businesses through networking events, educational programming, and community partnerships. Signature events including Old Canal Days, the Annual Golf Outing, Business After Hours, State of the City and the Annual Awards Dinner reflect the Chamber's commitment to its four core values: Promotion, Education, Networking, and Service.
